  • Hi! Use this calculator to estimate your BMR and TDEE: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ Stay between those two numbers and closer to your TDEE. Many people aim for 20% less than than their TDEE. Like the above person says, re-adjust MFP manually based on info in this calculator.
