VERY inspirational! I was in a size 24 at my highest too and just in a 22 now, I have a long way to go, but you are proof that diet and exercise is all I need to focus on to do this. AND IT CAN BE DONE! You should be very proud my dear, you look absolutely amazing!!

Hi! Use this calculator to estimate your BMR and TDEE: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ Stay between those two numbers and closer to your TDEE. Many people aim for 20% less than than their TDEE. Like the above person says, re-adjust MFP manually based on info in this calculator.
