I finished Shred on Saturday, and started Ripped in 30 today. I forgot how much it kicks butt. A lot of moves are like 30DS but I'm drenched by the end of this one, something that rarely happened with Shred.

I've done a few different ones of hers. No More Trouble Zones, Killer Abs, Extreme Shed and Shred and Ripped in 30. I think I'm going to move on to Ripped after I'm done.

15 days into this thing; half way done! Which also means only 5 days left of the level from hell. Yay! lol Not noticing any change on the scale really, but my clothes are fitting better again

I've done it a few times and have never really seen the differences so many others have from it :grumble: BUT I do still find it a great workout and a way to ease me into some of her other (tougher) ones. I'm currently on level 1 day 8
