I'm not sure I'll be able to handle the above workout if I did HIIT and Strength on the same day an since both have squats. If I was to try it do I do HIIT or Strength first?

I workout 3-4 times about 45-60mins

The strength training plan is very long I don't think I'd have the energy to do it right after HIIT.

Also I'm weaker on one side on like my shoulder or arms and he knew how to go about helping me try to balance that. So more to get him helping me with the strength /conditioning stuff and the other trainer for the HIIT/Cardio stuff. Would that work?

I don't see the trainer all the time I've had him since June when my previous one left. I've had him for about 3/4 sessions not like every week or anything like that. And I don't want to switch but I just like them both was thinking of trying switching between the two like every 2/3 weeks.

Seeing myself get stronger each time I do the workout then after a while when you've done it for a while it becomes a walk in the park an you have to change your workout to your next challenge. I also love the energised feeling I get after I've finished working out.

Well I get on better with men also there are only men who work in my gym apart from a new girl about the same age as me 20 who's recently joined, I've had two male trainers so far and I'm getting a new male trainer this week. It all depends who you'd feel the most comfortable working with.
