Is it ok to have high fat moderate protein low carb? macros
I seem to be able to eat healthy food I'm always finding it hard to meet the protein intake and meet the macros. When I do limit carbs as much as I try to my fat goes way over my protein would be moderate carbs low. Does this matter? Will I gain if I have more fat than protein still with the reduced carbs.
