I'm 21 looking for more friends in the 18-30 around my age who are also into lifting/strength training , squats, deadlift etc.
I don't know any women around age at the moment who are into lifting would be great to find others who also love lifting!

Hello! I'm 27 and I practice olympic lifting 5-6 days a week. I'm definitely not a heavy lifter, but there is potential! I'm on here to track my macros more closely and see what percentages benefit my preformance--not necessarily my body weight.0

25 here and *newly* into lifting, which is obvious by my doughy physic lol. Currently doing the LiveFit program. Protein powder, thermogenics, vitamins, 1800 cals a day for now. Just did leg day yesterday, seriously feeling it!
Feel free to add me, you guys were make great motivational friends for me and I could cheer ya on too0
