A small dominoes pizza small to myself ( I ordered it to share but the person didn't want it) Chocolate cookie thing from dominoes. And fizzy drinks. Another time I ate a full packet of biscuits in 2 days never buy biscuits anymore unless they come in small packets and a bag of crisps.

At the moment I haven't been completely like that just partially. I'm going to switch to like this it's what I'd usually eat just less or more planned out to avoid any junk food. I'm going to start filling the logs on the diary here. Or I'll try and get a few snap shots of the other website I was using.

I went up to 73kg. I only go to the gym 3 times a week. The workout changed to more body core workouts like lunges , planks , mountain climbers , crunches and hiit cardio . Not at pms at the moment. I meant before not now I did used to forget to eat or find myself skipping meals. I usually eat those foods but not every single one of them and make sure it adds up to 1600. My plan changes frequently the one I'm on now is a core and HIIT cardio the PT set it he said it's to strengthen my core and it burns fat or something along the lines of that . It's tougher than the last workout I was on.

It took a while for me to get to 1600 I was probably slightly under until I learnt how to maintain it. But I pretty much went straight to 1600cals an made a diet plan that has 1600cals Although I did have a couple of mishaps with what I ate this week it could be that too.

Or could it be because mostly before i'd be eating about 1000cals then I increased it to 1600/1595 and my body is just adjusting to this new calorie intake? then after I'll start losing weight?

Will I go gym and see how I go? and I can just skip the lunge if it gets too tough as I can go halfway.

If I did the lunges it'd be impossible to do them walking . I have to really force my leg holding onto a chair to do them. I can't do them without holding onto anything. The training plans I do are quite high intensity full body workouts so I only go 3 days a week to the gym and my trainer said I should do it 3 times a week with a rest day inbetween.
