  • Rest days are a good idea but just ensure that they dont hinder your entire weeks effort....i try to keep 1 or 2 rest days each week but i realised that I crave for rich food on those days, making me feel like ive wasted all the effort.   • I have tried alot of Green teas...generally those that taste good are those with Jasmine flavor, or they contain sugar. Those that are strictly for weight loss, do not have sugar and are just bland. There were times when i took it and felt awefully sick. Made me feel nauseous and it didnt really help with losing any weight…

  • Read through other peoples success stories or surf Health sites...these often make one feel guilty of not doing their best... :)
