Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 & Brotherhood are both amazing), and Evangelion... DEFINITELY Evangelion!

Stopped binge-eating several months ago when I increased my calories, exercised when I wanted to or when it sounded fun, and worked in snacks into my calories every day (1300~1500kcal/day--things like pretzel m&ms, granola bars, oreos, whatever) while still eating healthy things /that I enjoyed). When you feed your body…

You probably did gain some weight, but trust me, it's not nine pounds. A pound at the most. A lot can contribute to fluctuation on the scales--remember that food carries weight in your stomach. If you're eating more than you're typically used to, it'll show. And since you mentioned eating cookies, cheeses, doughnuts, etc,…

Everyone is welcome to add me! I love to support people and chat. :)

I'd like to know too. I put on about 20 lbs and I still haven't gotten mine back--and I'd rather not be put on hormones. :c

I never run and do the shred, it's all separate! :) I do the levels back to back to back for one honest reason--I like to eat more. That's about it, really!

I've lived in California for over a year now, and my skin still looks the same as it did when I left Minnesota! Also, I found this photo of me and one of my good friends. It's almost funny how we glow in the sun.

And that's okay! All that matters is you--not the chick next to you on the treadmill, not any dude at the gym, no one. :) Besides, you'll be running at full speed soon enough if you just keep at it! ;) Keep going, okay? Good luck!

I'm just throwing in my two cents here, but I used to binge like crazy. At my worst, there would times when I'd do nothing but eat for a week or two without exercising or doing much of anything. The funny thing? I never gained as much weight as I thought I did. When I was getting ready to go to my brother's wedding in…

I think most people have a gaydar to a certain extent. It really depends on the person, though--people come in all sorts of colours. The funniest example I can think of is my cousin and I. When I first met her a few months back at a family gathering, I knew nothing about her, but my first thought was "yup, she's a…

Frozen yogurt! I cannot, will not, be taken down without it. Also, some Japanese food. Like Taiyaki, Taoyaki, Udon, and Calpico drinks; they're too good to cut out all together, but I don't have them as often as I used to.

Unfortunately for me, I cannot cut out my cheat day. I need it, otherwise I go insane. However, I have lost, and continued to lose, even with big cheats and slip-ups that turn into insane binges. What has helped me is planning in advance. Sometime during the week (typically a Tuesday or Wednesday), I'll write out the…

Have you thought about very nutrient-dense foods? Try to add things like oil oil, peanut butter, avocado, and almonds to your meals. Works wonders!

Hmmm. You look about 135? O:

Ooooh, this looks like fun. :o I'm curious! I'm 5'4".

Stunning body and beautiful eyes!

MFP definitely triggered--and still continues to trigger--my eating disorder. My mindset when I first starting counting calories was, "Why 1,200? If that can make me lose weight, I bet I could go even lower!" It's also frustrating to see that no matter how much weight people lose, they're never really satisfied. It made me…

Show her this photo: http://www.madmoizelle.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/magie.gif And tell her that thigh gaps are determined by genetics, and it's not something to aspire to have.
