Mine did that today too. I synced this morning and had a 560 burn, then I synced this evening and it dropped. I believe it is because it estimates off of your projected activity in the am, then adjusts to actual. I try and sync before I go to bed on the days I don't work nights, it tracks better that way.

Wait... I can leave it off? Can you please explain how to set it up for historical data? I've had mine for almost a month and the indentation in my arm is concerning me a little. I had seen a post from another MFP user that wore hers for like 2 years and had a permanent indentation.

Since I started this I've weighed on a scale at work, so I keep my "official" weights on it. Saying that I vary on the days I weight, usually every 10 days or so, because I may not be there on that specific day that week. My official measurements I plan on doing once a month. Totally agree here! I've lost so far, and notice when I don't eat as healthy or clean I'm left hungry. The days I eat clean I feel stuffed and struggle to get calories in and am often low on calories those days, but full of energy, sleep better too!
