Where should my target heart rate zone be in?
I'm a beginner and out of shape. I used a calculator to figure my target heart rate zones. Tonight I did the elliptical in two sessions for 6 mins each. My heart rate was apparently in the red zone (oops!) My question is which is best for me to get the best benefit in? Fat Burning, Aerobic, Anaerobic?
