I agree that it's expensive but once in a while I don't mind it's for the experience and when my husband gives me the green light to spend money I go for it LOL!! :laugh:

I don't mind the price I also have a DVC membership so I don't have to pay for my room, the picture you described sounds awesome I plan on taking a lot of pictures I'm glad you stated that they are organized that was the only thing that scared me I hate being at any function that is poorly run.

Yes November 9th, I would have rather done the 1/2 but the people I'm going with would never be able to do that, I'm leaving my family home for this one!! I feel bad but they have been there so many time and this mommy wants a adult trip after the run we will definitely wine and dine!!

I do all of my workouts at home I use my treadmill or run outside 3 days a week and use a multitude of DVD I have Insanity , P90x, Turbo Fire, Body revolution and every video Jillian Michaels made I do different ones according to my mood Insanity probably gave me the best results but Jillian's really do work very well

Good for you I say go for it! Although Vodka with no calorie soda for instance won't be as bad as OJ, but not drinking is never a bad thing.. I'm not sure I could do it for an entire month.....Good Luck!

I read that book, it was so funny!! I love their idea I just can't do the tofu/soy thing I like chicken, beef ect.. Good luck though sounds like a great challenge.

I have every video she ever made, 6 week 6 pack is good but all of her videos incorporate abs. I get the best results using her videos. 30 Shred was not my favorite not sure why, I thinnk I got bored with that one. I really like all of the Jillian Michaels videos they are hard and they always incorporate strength and cardio together and they burn tons of calories. I do have celiac disease so feel free to friend me I can't eat any gluten or I get very sick I ended up with blood tranfussions because I became so anemic due to stomach damage. So for me it's more than a diet my best advice is eat whole foods,look up paleo that has worked for me,

Hello, My name is Christina I live at the Jersey Shore. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 150lbs I'm comfortable @ 130-135lbs this is a great challenge I do a mixture of running and various workout videos/weight training. Good luck to everyone.

Yes I do any my weights are 3 5 8 and 10 lbs, I was so shocked the first time I used my HR monitor on how much I burned in that video.

I have Celiac, not fun. I usually by 1 loaf of GF bread ( I like Glutino) and freeze since it;s so expensive. I have 4 children a full time job and go to college full time to get my BSN so I know where you are coming from and I know it can work. I get up at 5 am and get my fitness out of the way.
