Hey Deb, I'm not following the P90X diet plan it requires a lot of food and i really cant eat that much for some reason I get way too full really fast. I eat 1400 calories now and I get my protein from fish and chicken as well as protein shakes :(

I had the same problem LOL but my scoop didn’t come in at all... it says on the box thou that 1 scoop equals 27g so I used the scale and the baking measuring spoon thing it says 1 table spoon on it but its slightly bigger than the regular measuring spoon (I think it’s like table spoon and a half)... hope that helps...

I finished week 1 this morning with stretching. I would trust the gym little more then what MFP posts. I use a heart monitor when i work out and the wwork-out machine reading and what my HR watch says always closely matching (few calories off here and there). you should get one of those HR watches and just wear it when you work out that's the most accurate info.
