am so in ~ was doing so well till i broke my elbow ~ 5 weeks off work feeling sorry for myself and then xmas have undone all the hard work ~ currently weigh 207 and want to get to 182 and then 178 . NYR ~ to become more active ~ 30 mins walking at least every day and must get back to Pilates before i cease up completely
