  • I got involved in a challenge in my local gym. In 12 weeks I lost 16 kg and won myself a years free gym membership. I prepreped my meals which were chicken and veggies or turkey burger and vegies. Logged into mfp (about feb April 2016) and lots of gym. classes and weights. It took the rest of the year to lose 7kg
