Eating out in restaurants too often. Also hurting my wallet!
-
I'm 5'2" and I would never lose on that. But I'm on a bunch of medication so I don't know.

I am on an ssri and atypical antipsychotic (abilify) and my weight loss has been reaaaallllyyyyy slow going. Honestly, I think mental health is more important, but it's hard.

I've gained 20 on antidepressants, so I'd like to take off 20. I'd be happy enough with 15 though.
-
NO. I mean. . .do what you want, but I'm just not into the whole "manscaped"/metrosexual kinda guy. But don't listen to us, it's your body!

I'm short, so 1200ish is about it for me. I agree with the above. Eat lots of veggies, chicken, fish. Also egg whites, yogurt. I eat fiber one bars or cereal (be aware if you'll binge on that) for a snack sometimes. Eating out will def take you over 1200 though.

I've been trying to lose on Prozac for months, never go over 1200 cals a day. I cannot lose on it. I just had my dr lower my dose and I'm finally starting to slowly lose.

I'm 42 and trying to lose 15 lbs. I just gained 10 on antidepressants. I'm trying to slowly lose it by summer.

I'm 5'2" and eat around 1200.

Just started week 2 and it was easier than week 1 (I didn't feel like I was going to die until the end of my workout).
-
Every third day or so. I have a LOT of hair and it's a pain to dry.
-
I just finished the first week last week (embarrassingly for me; I used to be a distance runner before my son was born 9 years ago).
-
I had no weight gain but I thought it was contributing to my migraines so I had it removed. It wasn't. So I'm having a heck of a time trying to get insurance to cover a new one.

Green smoothies?

Well, for one, what does he care if you're just picking at a salad? Let him worry about what he eats. You're not restricting what he can eat by not eating yourself. You should also do some research into Selective Eating Disorder (also called Avoidant/Restrictive Eating Disorder). It's hard to tell from your posts if you're…

My stats are pretty much exactly hers but I'm 5'2-ish.

I was wary of hormones (hated all the pills I tried) but I LOVE the Mirena. I don't get a period at all anymore. It's worth at least discussing with your doctor.
-
I've had the Mirena for about 5 years now and my weight has been relatively stable. I might be a bit bloated but I haven't noticed any side effects. Since mine's expiring now I'm considering having a second inserted.

My TDEE is only 1350. It's pretty comfortable for me as long as I cook at home.

I have no advice because I am so addicted to Coca Cola. I try to do Coke Zero but it's just not the same.
-
Definitely not easy! I cried when they made me drink them in the hospital. I drank them down like crazy, willingly, when I was pregnant (friggin miracle baby--I hadn't had a period in over a year) because I cared more about the health of the babe than my own.

You can add me as well; I check my FL but this group isn't all that active.

Same here. I oscillate between feeling completely "recovered" and fall back into old habits again. The thoughts are always nagging at me that I can just lose 10 more pounds if I don't eat and then I'll go back to "normal" eating again.
-
It really depends on how many you drink. I gained weight on them intentionally (I was refeeding/trying to recover) and drank several a day in addition to trying to eat more. They have I think 300 calories per shake. They are kinda gross (so is Ensure) but doable, and they have complete nutrition. If you're not eating…

You should definitely be following up with a therapist/nutritionist. I don't know how long you had an eating disorder, but I suffered from delayed gastric emptying for a long, long time into recovery. So you might feel overly full because you ARE; the only thing that really helped me was supplementing my diet with shakes…

I look once in a while but it doesn't seem very active.
-
I'm about your size and I buy my jeans for $7-10 at Forever 21. They're awesome and so comfy. I get a lot of small stuff from Anthropologie on sale.

Hi! This group isn't all that active but welcome!

5'2'; whatever weight gives me a flat stomach (right now I'm thinking around 100).
