Me. But you get to eat a lot more with.

I wish I knew. The patch takes the edge off, but I always fall back on this habit. Those who say “just quit” have obviously never struggled with addiction before.
-
I’m thinking of doing this with slightly smaller clothes that are on sale.
-
I only eat back some because I feel like MFP way overestimates exercise calories burned. I don’t have a Fitbit or similar.
-
I’m going to re-evaluate in another 25 or so.
-
Same, it’s hard. But I didn’t gain the weight overnight, so I’m not going to lose it that way either.
-
Yeah. I’m still having hair loss and I’m FREEZING. My tsh was in the normal range last time but my t3 and t4 were not and my gp said to just continue on 50mcg synthroid.

Thank you. Do you recommend seeing an endocrinologist? I’ve been treated by my family physician; I’m still having symptoms though.
-
I don’t really drink but I’d like to stop smoking weed. I’m in.
-
How do you do 60 min on the elliptical? I can only do 10 (hangs head in shame).
-
Oh man, I ate so many salt and vinegar almonds haha.

I’m 5’2”, 142, us 8 or 10

I just....drink when I’m thirsty. Which is always 😂.

I think this community might be dead.
-
I’m 5’2” and would love to be anywhere in that range.
-
I suffer from depression and just ride my bike on the trainer in 5 minute increments. I’m going to challenge myself to increase them as I’m feeling more motivated.
-
I wish I could do the opposite—I lose in the face and I think it makes me look old.
-
I’m in!

My inner thighs are the last place to go too.
-
Similar stats, similar plans.

140 at 5'7" sounds good to me? Maybe just try to improve fitness/lift weights and not worry about it?
-
I'm 5'2" and I'm currently 130. I'm normally around 105, would like to get back to at least 110. Anyone can add me.
-
Second Facebook. I see them on there in my town all the time. I'm thinking of getting one.
-
When I was marathon training I took immodium before all my long runs. I had some close calls before I did that.
-
I'd say I'm a born-again runner. I ran a marathon 10 years ago, quit running (had a baby)...now I'm getting back into it and training for a half in May. Anyone can add me, I'm slooooow.
-
Girl, you're fine.
-
W5d1 tomorrow after 2 weeks of week4.
-
No. But I don't think anyone should have to pay for insurance, period.
-
That's my normal, but it always runs that low so my drs aren't concerned. If that's not your normal you should see a dr asap.
