I totally agree with all of you and honestly I know how to deal with people who are just trying to rain on your parade, I usually don't give a damn..but when she puts us in different groups, the last group gets LESS of a workout and I'm not down for that. I'm there to work hard and if I know I can challenge myself, I'm…

I'm DEFINITELY not leaving until I'm done with my goal..I feel like I owe it to myself to walk out fully content and satisfied. Thank you for the encouragement! :)

Thank you guys. I know it sounds like I'm looking for kudos from her but it feels SO personal when she literally encourages everyone else. You're right, either way I'm there to bust my *kitten* and I'm gonna do it without her kudos or not. It does suck to have to give her money though haha.

Stay awayyyy from the scale..give it another two weeks of really trying hard..then measure everything, including body fat. If you're doing what you say you're doing, you WILL lose inches even if the scale doesn't budge. I got very discouraged recently too because the scale wasn't moving and I've been doing this Bootcamp…

Incredible..congratulations :)

Haha aw this is cute

Totally down and excited :)

I soooo remember what it was like to have roommates who cooked AND baked constantly. Also..1 AM Jack in the Box runs. I had to stay home or in my room to fight it lol. Just remember, nothing is worth sabotaging your weight loss. You already know what it tastes like, no need to go there if it isn't within your calorie…

I went to Six Flags in Vallejo when I was a freshman in college and went to get on a ride with my boyfriend at the time.. no matter what I did, the seat belt wouldn't buckle. I couldn't fit on any ride, so we left and that's when I realized I was done with that part of my life.

This is gonna sound funny but when I first lost my big chunk of weight I was REALLY motivated by The Biggest Loser. Watching those contestants who were like 2 times my size at the time made me realize that if THEY could do it then I damn well could too. I started out power walking a lot..getting outside, breathing fresh…

I dealt with a similar problem when I lived with my family before I went away for school. My mom is practically a chef, and an amazing one at that. I'm also from an Italian/Spanish background..which means LOTS of carbs & calories. Part of me blames my childhood obesity on her cooking lol. I really feel like the best way to…

Thank you both. I think I'm going to invest in a Polar HRM as well.

I've lost all of my weight while being in college as well. I can send you some "before" pictures if you like but I used to weigh 265 pounds and I looked absolutely huge. Losing weight while going to school is NOT easy especially when every social event involves food & alcohol. Your thought process about wanting it to…

Have you ever heard that the best revenge is getting even by getting sexy? I don't want to sound like an all male hater, so I'll be careful..but it is OFTEN I am hearing about these disgusting men leaving their wives who they have devoted 20+ years to for some skinny, young little twit..I'm 22 years old and even I know how…

2500 calories...yeaaaahh, I wish!
-
1200..I dropped from 1400 recently.

I've talked to many people who have done it and they certainly lost weight in the beginning, but eventually gained it back. I'd say It's okay if you're wanting to just clean out your system..but the results usually aren't long term. I could be wrong though, definitely not an expert but I was curious about it at one point…

I try to eat the most at breakfast so that I'm not starving by dinner time, and I have all day to burn it off. Eating a lot at dinner scares me because I go to bed within the next couple of hours after. What do you typically eat for dinner? 700-1000 calories seems a lot for one meal.

I just finished finals a week ago too..and seriously I've never seen people eat so much. I didn't join in because I really wanted to stick to my goal, but people went nuts with the pizza, burgers, pop tarts..the "studying" diet haha. I drank a lot of..coffee, that's about all I added to my diet. I did have to slow down on…

Haha aww :/ I know the feeling, I have some in my freezer.

I guess next time I have bacon I'll treat myself to the real stuff. It's so true..I feel like every time I eat I'm "picking my poison" or the lesser of two evils. A BLT with an egg on top sounds great, I should make that this week!

The first time my trainer made me use one of those things I was in pain lol. It IS really good for stretching out tight muscles, and in the beginning it taught me that I had way too much build up in my muscles from not stretching properly before and after workouts. I would definitely recommend it..just gotta get through…

Well first and foremost..congrats on the weight loss thus far! It's so nice to come to the realization that it IS possible to lose weight, and gives you motivation to keep going! I understand how you feel when it comes to not having time to prepare meals. I'm a student and work full time, so that was always one of my…
