Well I have IBS so if I don't eat breakfast i would be in the bathroom for the rest of today dying inside
-
whatever i want but usually it's either vodka or tequila related
-
Do strength 5x a week, cardio 2x a week with an active rest day and a regular rest day no the weekend. it's been working so far.
-
This is a great idea. Thank you. I'm glad i asked a few weeks ahead of time so i can adjust.
-
I naturally do IF on weekends because it's just how my schedule matches up. It works well for me and allows me to have plenty of energy on Monday for my biggest workout of the week. I wouldn't be able to do it during the week because I wake up too early for that and get dizzy If I don't eat within a few hours of waking up

look up a full body stretching guide online and stretch in the morning and before bed and also after exercise. It really really helps! I also do active stretching before exercise as well, but it's probably overkill.
-
why not start today? What significance does tomorrow have?
-
age isnt the issue
-
same, i do it for fullness and energy for the gym while in a deficit
-
You answered your own question by saying that you don't weight your food. You're eating at maintenance and need to eat less than that to be in a caloric deficit.
-
Before i got in shape I was chronically dehydrated and just didn't know it. I never felt thirsty until I was at the point of being really sick from dehydration. When I started to work up to a gallon of water a day, I monitored my pee. Now I can feel thirst and don't need to look at my pee anymore.

I have alcohol sometimes with my refeed day which happens about once a week. It's been a couple weeks since i've included alcohol in it. I'll never get rid of it completely. Margaritas are life
-
i'm almost in maintenance and i plan on looking at my average burn from prior weeks and also looking at my fitbit to figure out maintenance. It's been working pretty well with keep a deficit
-
thankfully i live with just my son so he doesn't see it as odd or anything.
-
Why not both? I'm strict most of the time and schedule myself a refeed day.
-
don't work the same muscle group two days in a row and do your stretches and maybe a foam roller and you should be fine. staying hydrated helps
-
As we've told you in other posts you've made about this same question. We cant give you an accurate estimate of calories from a picture or your description. Please use a food scale and weigh your food.

my son had to have surgery earlier this month so we were homebound for 5 days straight. I wasn't able to exercise and i really didn't feel like tracking either. It didn't harm my progress at all lol
-
my sleep improved when i lost weight, i also stopped snoring
-
SW 194 CW 148ish GW 140 8lbs to go, the struggle is staying on track with a healthy amount of loss per week with such a small amount to go
-
I'm 5'4 and I was in a US 10/12 when I was in the 170s. I'm in 6/8 now at 148/149

The same thing happens to me, I have more energy now that I exercise regularly. You just need to redirect that energy somewhere else. For example, I have a desk job as well so I can't do much at work, (My workouts are during lunch so that helps), but how I alleviate the jitteryness is to be more active when i get home. And…

i wasn't diagnosed with diabetes but I was flagged as pre diabetic. That went away when i lost weight. I was 5'4 194lbs and it went away when i got into the 160-170 range. I'm 148 now.

i encounter it almost on the daily. lots of eye rolls and sneering looks. i now just say "it won't fit today" if i'm offered something. I still get an eye roll though. TBH i don't really care
-
I'm pretty much in your boat, I don't put my exercise on here at all anymore and eat back roughly about what my fitbit tells me. It's working so far.
-
same, maybe if he continues to maintain or gain he will rethink this.
-
gradually adding back calories seems to alleviate some people's anxiety about maintenance. Can you try increasing your calories a little at a time and see how you feel?
-
The calorie burn listed on here for exercise can be over exaggerated. Some of us only eat about 50% to 75% of the calories back.
-
I think confidence goes a long way with this. If you show confidence with those stretch marks then the guy shouldn't even bring it up as it's not something that should bother you (in my experience)
-
A cleanse would make you feel better. you look great, what's your secret ( I give answer ) Oh that can't be true, that's too easy! You should try a water fast, that last 10lbs will come right off. 1400 calories isn't working for you let's lower it to 1000...
