a food scale, and a weight scale the uploads directly to my phone with bluetooth so i don't have to plug it in

i'm on premium because i want to go by my designated macros instead of calories and I don't like the percentages it gives you.

i can get over 100g of protein with protein powder, greek yogurt, chicken tenderloins, salmon. all the good stuffs. you can vary it up by using different spices and such

it's a personal preference. I do seem to workout better if i eat before but i also notice a heavy feeling in my stomach that makes me feel a little sick. So i usually eat after for that reason.
-
yup same here. 10-20 calories is like nothing in creamer for me. i'm usually at 70-100 as well.

I use the charge 3. So far the calorie burn listed is within 200 cals of what i believe my burn is. So i'm pretty happy with it. It has 24/7 hrm and sleep tracker as well. and i only need to charge it once a week versus my Polar a370 which is every 2-3 days.

ahh i cannot wait to eat more calories! Reading this thread makes me excited.

28 grams of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar cheese is only 45 calories. I've replaced the good cheese with this in most of my food and it's pretty good.

I'd like to add that the only thing that lowered my cholesterol was weight loss. It dropped 80 points. My diet didn't really change. I just ate less.

i would find a similar wrap in the database but pick a higher calorie option to cover your bases. i do that with work lunches where there is no nutritional info.
-
This would encourage unhealthy behavior, i'm not able to give advice on that.

I do not monitor cholesterol. Unless specifically told to watch yours via your doctor I wouldn't worry about it.

It's a personal preference. Some people get to a few pounds under their goal weight/range, because they know that you will gain a bit of weight from the water weight and the higher amount of food in your digestive system. My goal weight is 130-140. I'm going to go 2-3 lbs under 140 before I start increasing my macros a…

nice sarcasm. I'm sorry if I stay active all year.

i'm almost to goal about 9 pounds away and I plan on reverse dieting to get up to maintenance. I don't think i'd be mentally okay with rushing into maintenance and having water weight/food weight from that. I'm going to go up about 100 cal a week until I stop losing.

I just eat a little bit more every now and then to restore my glycogen stores. I don't believe in starvation mode or storage mode. I've been at a deficit so long that a day of higher calorie eating gives me more energy and motivates me to keep going.
-
my weight doesn't fluctuate between seasons. I eat the same and move the same
-
This wouldn't be weighing your food. Packaged foods can be off by up to 20% I do believe? And you should be weighing nuts. My suggestion is to tighten up on you logging. The closer you get to goal the tighter your deficit gets.

So far just buffalo meat last week

once i get to goal weight i'll be doing recomp. i want muscle tone to preserve my hourglass shape
-
Eating times are a personal preference. Eating times do not inhibit weight loss. I work out before I eat, because personally i will get nauseous and puke.

Please speak with your treatment team

dang i could eat like 6 home made tacos with that much. *drools*

No one has asked this yet, are you weighing your food? I know you said logging, but that doesn't necessarily mean weighing it.

I meal prep, but not in some fancy way. I just cook everything on Sundays and put them in containers for breakfast and lunch. And then I have a general plan for dinner throughout the week. It takes up only an hour of my time on Sunday. eta: Everything is all weighed out per portion as well. so I know my macros for the week.

Feb 21 Meals logged: yes Under calories: yes Exercise: no

It may take 15-20lbs for you to notice. But people that haven't seen you in a while will notice a difference.

i've had my nutribullet for six years and it's still going strong. i meal prep so i prepare my smoothies in the cups in advance and keep them in the fridge until i need to blend them. I recommend ordering more cups and lids than the original order provides.

we all gained fat the same way, eating more than what we are burning
