I’m leaving this challenge. My post was reported even though I violated no guidelines whatsoever and was only making fun of how I’m single. So good luck everyone. Way to be encouraging and supportive 👏

^this. Though i usually don't do a whole cheat day because I only have a few pounds to go and a whole day would ruin my deficit for the week. I will add an extra 400-500 calories meal if I need a refeed or something. That only wipes out 1 days deficit instead of 7

I feel ya on the woo co workers.

At this point I feel like you are trolling us so i'm just going to read all the fun memes in this thread and go on my merry way to weight loss, (as I weigh all my food). K Thx BYEEE
-
my tiny goal is to make my morning weight be my evening weight. It gets me through week to week usually as long as I don't slack. I only have about 12lbs to go though
-
It's really a personal preference. I went back to weighing daily so i could see a trend over time with my happyscale app. I was only seeing what I thought was a stall when I weighed weekly. If monthly is more comfortable for you then go right ahead :)

lowering my sodium and my carbs slightly has really helped with the water weight, now i think my weight is finally reflecting what i felt like it should be. I can't wait for my weigh in on Sunday. I should be down 2lbs by then.

New exercise can cause water retention. Also, are you using a food scale for calorie intake accuracy?
-
Yes mine looks like that. I suggest a weight trent app on your phone. It will show you a trend over time so you don't worry about a higher weight that pops up occasionally. I use Happy Scale for Iphone

I'm not jealous or upset with others that lose weight faster. More than likely they are not losing weight sustainably and will therefore go back to old habits and gain it back. I've lost 40lbs in a little over a year and that's a nice steady pace for me.

Mine is a roller coaster because my grandma died and I binge ate for the month of October early November
-
The last 15lbs are killer, it's like a switch went off and everything has slowed down. ugh
-
With not much to lose you really need to be on point with what you eat and your activity level any slip up with only 10lbs to lose can set you back. I've got about 13lbs to go and I can barely get a 1lb a week, i should really switch to half a pound.
