My favorite thing is chicken thighs! Absolutely love them and use them for most of my chicken recipes. I will marinate them in a garlic teriyaki marinade and then airfry them, then use them in my chicken broccoli teriyaki bowls with some jasmine rice. So good.

No matter what products are marketed out there for stretch marks, there is no magic potion to make them go away. They are genetic and will fade overtime.

It depends on your lifting really. If you are lifting too much you can injure yourself. So just don't overdue it and start with lighter weights and work your way up if you need to. Always maintain proper form as well. You can pull a muscle very easily if you aren't lifting correctly.

something being defined as healthy or unhealthy is subjective. Just eat what fits your macros/lifestyle

It really depends on your goals. I do weights and cardio the same day, but since i'm focusing mainly on weight training I do that first and do cardio after. If I did cardio right before all my strength training it would temporarily effect my gains for that day.

it's mostly water weight. you'll see the weight loss slow down a bit after that first initial drop.

I would get a weight trend app and monitor your weight over a period of time. Since your weight will always fluctuate you can get a steadier number by observing your trend weight.

my body naturally does IF on the weekend. So i won't feel hungry till about 1-2pm so I'll probably only eat 1-2 larger meals that day to equal my daily goal. I wouldn't be able to do this on a weekday but it's too structured and I get up way to early to make it til 1-2 pm before eating. It's really a preference for you.

I just use one of the general higher entries in MFP as an estimate. I don't worry about it too much. One night doesn't derail your goals.

I save my calories for date nights so I don't look silly eating half of a tiny salad and not having any alcohol :)

I do this too. I love putting my broccoli and cheese tots in there. It gets so crispy!

You said you've worked hard for 2 weeks. Does this include new exercise? That can cause water weight gain due to muscle repair.

i have a carby snack about an hour before, and then i eat my typical lunch immediately after. Not for performance or anything. it's just how my schedule is.
