I'm in the same boat. Was doing well with working out, losing weight, etc. Where I work, we have incentives with losing weight and I was excited that I was qualifying for them. Then I bought a house last year and it's been downhill since. I'm trying to get back on track now. Easier said than done.

Some victories I achieved at my training session this morning: 1. 100 simple crunches are no longer a struggle (1 month ago I struggled with getting through 50). So modifying the crunches so there's some degree of difficulty to them. 2. Lasting 15 seconds longer during the reps. Gone from 30 seconds, 45, 60, etc.. reps…

I was terrified of going to the gym my first time too. Now I see it as a way to be able to go off in my own little world and not have a care in it. I have an awesome trainer who took a lot the intimidation factor away.

My Goals in no particular order: Lose about 10 lbs Focus on drinking more water/juice and less carbonated drinks. Eat more fruits/veggies and less sweets (fruits are sweet and good for you, cookies although sweet, aren't good for you!). Get and stay motivated to work out (this seems to be the most difficult for me).
