We eat all wheat producst for bread,pasta,etc but i rarely go over on carbs....i will never give my bread up just have reduced how much i eat.

I also agree kids CAN have soda in MODERATION...My kids rarely get soda but yes they have it mostly when we eat out which is rare. I see nothing wrong with them having it occasionally. I educate my kids on healthy eating and why we can't have mcDonalds everyday and why we must eat their veggi.I agree school lunches could…

yeah when you count calories you realize what you eat! That helps me alot....Just keep at it we have ups and downs but don't give up....

often i make that a free day...I rarely eat out so I just eat light and don't worry about it too much. Most restraunts have nutrition info tho. We ate at subway yesterday but everthing was listed in the food log.

I am a sugar addict but have not had any junk ina few weeks and hanging strong! I allow myself to eat it but try not too. its just trial and error. I try to go fornatural sugars like fruit...making a smoothies. Even small bites is fine but sometimes its hard to stop if you are like me...LOL

I started at 195 with losing weight that is and my heaviest was 208 when i was pregnant with my 3rd.I use to weigh 120 before kid days and I was like you thats not realistic...my goal is 130. WELCOME......I have been here for a few weeks and really like it. I eat oatmeal,or eggs,or 2 health waffles with apple butter for breakfast. Dinner i eat a huge variety....
