I personally hate breakfast, so I try to eat something that is non-breakfast related, but still still give me the nutrition that I need :)

Unfortunately our opinions are jaded by the mirror, especially because you're already pretty light weight, I'd start looking into measuring yourself instead of what the mirror shows you! ^_^ Get that tap measure out! Don't be afraid!

I use the Treadmill at work :x It makes it easiest to work out during lunch or breaks, especially since my work recently moved out of town hah.

Spark - made by Advocare is pretty much the best drink I've ever had. Drink it in the morning - it lasts all day AND tastes amazing when put in water. Quite a few people swear by it.

I know exactly what you mean. I've tried watching tv, must most of the time the tv doesn't keep me from continuously looking at the clock! I'm using Sportline HRM, watch that fits on your arm and has amazing tools on it, like setting a goal for how many steps you want to walk and counting them for you!

I have 12days until my 1month and I have only lost 4lbs as well :| I'm super jealous when I see people losing 2-3lbs a week even though they are the same size or smaller.
