Seriously step away from the scale. Weight loss is not linear and as long as your diet is on track you will be losing weight and or inches. So weigh yourself less. Plus weight gain is really common when starting new fitness programs because your body needs to adjust.

I don't think it's just you at all. My bench and OHP are lagging way behind even though I have a much harder time with them than the Deadlift and Squat. I did play around with the numbers a bit and it seems like pound for pound the more you add to OHP and Bench will increase your percentage towards the next level faster…

Guess I deleted my pics from photo bucket so theyre not showing up anymore. Oh well heres new ones anyways @13 weeks. Been doing SL 5x5 for about 13 weeks now. Lost 13 lbs and definitely can see a change in my body so far. Very happy with the results. I dont feel like I'm quite close to maxing out yet, but we'll see how…
