I fluctuate 6-7 pounds daily. It all just depends on water weight and the food you havent quite gotten rid of yet.

Be patient. The faster you lose it the more likely you are to gain it back. You could try lowering your calories a little but I wouldnt do anything intense. Just stay the course. It's a journey not a sprint.

Like this? I'm 6ft was 250 about in sept but didnt start with MFP till dec when i was 230. Moderate diet and some heavy weights 3 times a week has been getting rid of it for me. Like other people said fat is fat. Just need a calorie deficit to lose it. The lifting just makes you look better at the end.

5 mins warm up cardio then heavy lifting want to make sure I can lift as much as I can then cardio. Doesnt really matter if my muscles are a little tired during cardio. Tho I am skipping cardio all together now these days mostly

The two that seem the easiest to follow are starting strength and Stronglifts. I've heard from multiple women that New Rules is good in the beginning but then just gets too complicated. Women and men should train the same. I do stronglifts and I love it. I am a guy but you can see my 3 month progress here.…

Take the back pic. I didnt take one and now I'm really wishing I had. Now I know I don't have any ovaries but I regularly fluctuate between 217 and 223 at any given time during the week. And yea thats before food and water. Lifting really messes with weight loss too. You retain a lot more water at some points than others…
