Yea I had thought about that app until I heard that they were allowing home workouts. While I applaud people working out at home. I just think this is an easy way to abuse the system for most other people.

Women shouldn't lift heavy. If they do then they won't have any use for me when the pickle jar needs to be opened. And therefore ending all the things I was good for in the first place.

I dont ever actually get to 200+ i was kinda exaggerating. I usually end up around 170 which I think it 1g per LBM. I dont track these things very hardcore. Just try and get in the ball park lol.

I think this is probably a blessing in disguise. It's sad to see them go, but now you can put your equipment together and do this on your own and get a ton of confidence because you are able to do it. A lot of my protein comes from shakes but then again I need a ton of it. I use Body fortress Whey protein mainly because its15 bucks a tub at walmart also has higher protein and calories than most I've seen. Sorry, but no. Exactly this. You can lose weight and retain most of your LBM by lifting. There will be some loss but a lot less than if you do cardio without strength training. You will end up looking much better in the end too. <3 Stronglifts

Have you tried LiftBig on android? I havent used it because I have an iPhone but I have heard that a lot of people do and that it has a stronglifts preset.

Yea I should at least probably take one for progress' sake. @Tameko Yea I may get it done before the summer incase I do pool stuff. Until then I doubt anyone will be seeing me up close without my shirt on so I'm not really in a rush.

Yea got rid of my SO before I got rid of the back hair. Probably should have made her do that before she left. Tho it possibly would have grown back by now its been 3 years.

I think everyone has to stop increasing by 5 lbs at some point. But the whole thing is, as long as you're increasing you're still making progress. So I wouldn't worry about it and just keep going. Some are really rough to add 5 lbs to especially OHP.

Being 6'0 and 230 pounds the thought of going in and lifting just the 45 lb bar was kinda laughable to me because I knew I could lift a lot heavier. However, I did what the program says to do and did the suggested weights. It was embarrassing to go into the gym and lift next to nothing compared to my size. I looked silly…

I've seen that a lot of people buy those ankle weights and just bring them and throw them on the end. They're pretty cheap too.
