Yea I'm white and got more stretch marks than my ex during her pregnancy. Theyre fading now I think its just due to time. I gained more weight than she did and faster. Supposedly sympathy weight.... I had never gained any kind of weight till that point in my life weird.

Throw the scale away. They're highly inaccurate when it comes to anything but weight.

Once it starts to get really heavy your body needs the time to recover. Week 14 for me now and it's taking me 75 -90 mins with warm ups to finish. First month or so I was in and out in 20

I personally use a squat rack and set the safety bars up so fhat if I can't finish the rep I can just lower myself to the bars and let it go. If you don't have a rack then I would start squatting light then work up to where you think you might need a spotter and ask for one. Most people are happy to help of you're not…

doing 5 that close to your working weight will wear you out. I just looked at the app for your working weight and it seems like it should help doing 2x5 at 95 instead of @ 135 and then only 3 reps at 165 so you shouldnt be as worn out.

Can I ask what weights your currently using? it may be a bit much until you get to the higher weights. But I find it necessary otherwise its just too much of a shock to my body and I feel like Im going to hurt myself otherwise.

In my opinion the IPhone or the Samsung galaxy s4 (which i think is just about to come out) are the only 2 good options on the market. I gave up iOS for a while and while Android was decent I am much happier on an iPhone
