I agree that it is horrible to pass someone up on jobs just because of their weight. And no one should have to go through that. Gonna second the pool.Swimming and running in the pool is low impact and still will give you a hell of a workout. You can also google pool exercises.

Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength are the two easiest. Very simple. I do stronglifts and prefer it.

Usually happens the other way around first. Some kid cant do a pve rotation so they end up nerfing pvp because standing there and mashing buttons is hard.

I work out from 11pm - 2 am... it's easier for me to get to sleep after. But I lift not cardio don't know if that makes a difference.

Have to agree with this. Even if you factor in Newbie gains youre looking at maybe 1 lb or just over. It will almost be all water. Yea I have weird friends. Thanks you!. And yea it's 24 hour fitness which I love. Tho not so much on weekends when it closes at 9 grrr. ( There is another 24hour one open all the time 10 mins further but its not the same I like mine) I need to stop working out at 2 am anyways. @ Soosannah Thanks!
