Soreness is NOT an indication of a good workout. You could run yourself into the ground before you get sore again. You body has just acclimated to working out and is now properly able to handle it. And not in shock from going from nothing to a ton all at once.

I like imgur.com for posting pictures way better because it has 3 preset picture sizes. Original, Large thumbnail, and Small thumbnail. The large thumbnail is usually perfect for MFP I just never could get used to photobucket

I use the iphone stronglifts app. But I hear there is an app called Liftbig for android right now that has a stronglifts preset. I also use the Starting strength app to calculate my warm up sets

60 mins doing stronglifts 5x5. Mainly because my weights have increased to heavy enough where I am needing more rest time. Compounds can be killer sometimes

So awesome. Love hockey. Played all my life till I got married and then fat. Once I get some more endurance back I hope to be back at it. Maybe by next season. Also living in phoenix now makes me wish I was back up north where hockey actually meant something to people.
