Just wondering if anyone here has the premium version of MFP? If so, is it a lot better? Does it show the net carbs? I have thought about trying it but not sure. I guess it allows you to customize more?

I am in! I lost a total of 7 lbs from mid June to now. I am very pumped about that. Did a 10K race and am planning to do a sprint triathlon. Hello everyone! I turned 50 a couple of months ago and thought this looked a nice friendly place to join in on. I've recently lost 20 lbs, would like to lose about 5 more. I am pretty active - exercise isn't my problem.....eating in the evening is my downfall. Looking forward to August!

7/17 Swam after work roughly 1000m of front crawl. Not sure how accurate my Garmin is measuring distance in the water. carb manager is pretty good for tracking as well, it figures the net carbs for you Just checked out cronometer, wow, it does track everything! Going to give it a try :)

This is SO me. I am an evening eater, just habitual...not hungry in the least....just want to munch. And so much harder when hubby does it and never gains and ounce. When I control my evening eating....the scale always shows it.

7/13 Busy summer so far! Got a bit sidelined by company, but managed to get myself back on track. Ran 2 10K's which was a summer goal of mine and been swimming in the lake most days. Main problem I have is keeping my evening eating in check. Just want to munch after supper.

6/18 No exercise yesterday, all day at work training. Felt that was ok though...with my run yesterday. Net carbs were way up as well....they ordered our lunch for us at work today and it definitely could have been worse but I ended up with 64 net carbs for the day. I know that is actually much lower than I ever was before…

5/31 Logged it all Strength workout Net carbs good under calorie goal Did an upper body strength workout today. I have a lot of the beach body videos so I can do stuff in my basement room. I did indulge in a glass of white wine after supper but I measure it and logged it. That is something I rarely do with wine!
