This is a good beginning challenge, when I started running back in 1998, I was slow as a 17 year old. I'm at 90 miles here in Afghanistan. I ran 5 miles per day, less a few travel days. 5 miles in 38 minutes..not bad. I am running a marathon (26.2 miles) here in October.
