Funniest thing I have heard in a loooong time. I work at a detention center and busted out laughing when I read this. I am certain officers and inmates alike heard me laughing hysterically in my office!! Totally made my day!! Thank you :)

I have been on a Jillian Michaels kick. I started the Shred in February and finished in March. Then went straight to Ripped in 30 and finished that in April. I started 6W6P on Saturday and I am finding that it is much easier than Week 4 of Ripped. That kicked my bootey. But 6W6P is also making me sweat. I feel it all over…

I did the 30 Day Shred straight through. I actually added 5 days onto the Level 3. I measured myself at day 9 and at the end of the 35 days. I had lost 6 inches! I was shocked. I am a veteran of the 30DS. Currently I am on Day 22 (level 2) and I love it. It's quick, I can squeeze it in my daily routine. I see results all round but especially in my shoulders and abs. I have no clue but I am sweating like crazy and feel like I am getting a great workout in a short period of time.
