Ok, thanks for the info ladies! I guess I've been doing it all wrong : ) I guess I kinda felt like I needed to warm my body up before lifting but I guess I'll go for a light warm up and head straight to the weights afterwards. I'm not too tired, I'll go for more cardio afterward.

I was successful on WW about 5 or 6 years ago and lost 50lbs in about 6 months. I gained it all back once I stopped doing the program and when I tried to do it again last year, I wasn't successful at all on the new program.
