HELP!!!! I KNOW I'M DOING SOMETHING WRONG!
I've been tracking for almost a month now with the exception of some weekends and I've been working out for at least 4 days a week and I've only lost 3 lbs. I was expecting the 2lbs a week. My husband is deployed so I don't have the usual support from him. I know I'm doing something wrong but I haven't figured it out yet.…
