We have the same measurments just bout. You just weigh alot less then me. I'm built alot bigger I guess lol but I have only 19 percent body fat now. I have a large amount of muscle fat. You are doing awesome! I don't think I will get much smaller waist.

I et breakfast everyday and I've lost 52 pounds nearly and went from 30 percent body fat to now 19. All this time I was doin it wrong! Lol any diet where you keep up with what you eat and eat under your calories ypu will loose weight also exercise

What I can see I looked back in your diary a week. You go way over your macros. Mainly fat and a few days over carbs and calories. Keeping up with your macros will help you. It's not easy at first but will get better

I can help you more with diary open. What I can see from reading it that you aren't sticking with it. While you are trying to loose weight you don't need to go over. I have stuck with it since jan hard core. I don't go over. Also maybe try to get a heart rate moniter to know what you really burn!.

By tweaking I meant more add oatmeal or peanut butter, whey protien powder that sort of stuff. But if you have a flour you put in it I'm sure that would be good too.

I'm on day three of squat challenge and I also on same day did a crunch challenge. Just after squats do same amount of crunches. They are right as you start loosing weight the belly will fall off it seems to be my hardest

I've started doing this and lap added a 30 day crunch challenge its the same amount like the squats but do crunches I found that on another sight.

With a blender you would still get pulp of fruit juicer keeps all that out. And just pure juice. You can add the pulp to eat if you like too.
