I did it for two months. It's really high paced which I enjoyed because you could feel the calories burn lol, and u will be thankful it's only 25 minutes long. I feel like its a mini insanity.

Have you done the math? 30 days in a month. You could workout for an hour for each day= 30 hrs And take two rest days a week=8 Which gives you a total of 22 hours, and those 2 other hours are so easy to get.
