  • Me too! I'm in my last trimester and have gained about 20 lbs so far. Everyone has been saying most of the weight comes in the last trimester so I want to be better about my habits, which thus far were pretty not healthy.
  • Which one do you have? I bought one and it rode up as I was running, and I'm wondering if I bought a bad brand or something.
  • I bought one of the smaller fanny pack/water bottle holders for my marathon and always wondered the same thing, why the heck did it bounce so much. My solution was to put it so the pouch faced the back, and also higher on my waist, near my natural waist where it curves in., The natural curve of my body held it in place and…
  • No change on my end, but I wasn't very good about keeping up with things, cause it'd been a really stressful week with work. This week will have to be better.
  • Thanks Zekela and SarahC001! I had been thinking about the "arctic enema" on TM and had been trying to make myself get out there and do the run anyway. Cause running in general cold is not gonna be nearly as bad as running after being dunked in ice water.

I just did the sit ups/abs (instead of doing 20/day, I did it as 100 at once twice a week, hopefully counts) And I haven't been very good at doing the 10 minutes of jogging, but I did 50 minutes of elliptical andwill be sure to do the jogging tomorrow! Also, very good motivation and recipes. I needed…
  • Thanks! Convincing of not deserving of a reward till the issue is resolved is probably the best plan. Now the hard part -implementaton.
  • Hi! I'm Stephanie, 5'5'' and about 180lbs. I'm looking to be about 150 by May, which seems healthy and doable. I am a runner, but because of that haven't been very good about watching my eating. It's now my down season so I'm trying to cross train and remind myself that I have to watch what I'm eating because I'm not…
  • Hey, I'm Stephanie I just did my first full Marathon (Marine Corps) this October. (Over 5 hours). I wasn't very fast but really enjoyed it. I did my first Half Marathon a year ago, and have another coming up this March. I've realized part of my slowness is my weight, with joints etc, and have decided I can't just run to…
