  • I am by no means an expert, but you should probably be more concerned about blood pressure. Blood pressure is a big problem, if it is too high, it is dangerous.
  • yeah, i guess it is just not going to work very well. sighhh. i guess the appeal of the diet is that you don't really need to think too much, just heat some soup you choose and there you are. oh well. onto making balanced meals x_x
