Last night I finished Day 14. It wasn't too bad. I break up the squats into 4 sets during the day.

Day 12 - rest day - for me. Yesterday completed Day 11 - 110 squats. I don't do all at once, so thats helping. But certainly feel the burn by the end of the day. I do approx 25 (depending on daily amt) in the morning, then again late morning, after lunch and before dinner. Keeps me refreshed at work. Off my butt and moving…

In three months I would like to be down 15lbs. I'll be starting to train for my 1st 5K in Sept. The Reindeer Run is Dec 21st. In one year I would like to be at my goal weight and maintaining it. 150lbs. As of today I have just over 25 lbs to lose to reach that goal.

You should go to groups and add a group for the C25K challenge. It'll be easier to stay together. We could then report in each week. Groups will be shown differently than this topic, as I said much easier to find everyday or each week.

I just consulted with a friend outside of MFP about Slim in 6. I to have thoought about trying it. What are your thoughts? Are the workouts managable? I always lose motivation. I can handle being sore, but are the workouts boring?

My younger 2 children were just diagnosed with poly-cystic kidney disease. They have to reduce their sodium as well to keep blood pressure low. We cleaned out our fridge, freezer and cupboards. No more processed foods. Including lunch meats, soups, hot pockets, etc. We read every label now. Eat lots of vegetables. Make an…
