^^^THIS. I actually had someone ask me how I'm doing it and I told her healthy food, small portions and exercise and she said, AND I QUOTE, "hmmm, thanks anyway!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

I was tired of ending up crying whenever I went shopping for clothes. At my size, the cute clothes don't go that high and the clothes that ARE in my size are styled for women 3 times my age. I was tired of looking in the mirror and being unhappy with what I saw.

I do! I find it keeps me 100% more honest throughout the day, if I haven't already logged it, I won't eat it

2 Agave Blue Moon's, Bud light, Bud light Platinum, orange and lime jello shots, chips, dip, crackers and cheese... but mostly booze. Not an alcoholic, I swear

I put it in as high impact aerobics, it doesn't give you quite enough credit but it's the closest I've found

Add me and we'll motivate each other! I was 12 when I started having weight issues, lost 30 lbs my junior year and have gained that and much much more. Hoping to break that cycle now, before it's too late and I have health issues! We can do it!

I don't recommend drinking diet soda, it actually hinders weight loss and it's not good for you at all! I don't have any links but I'm sure you can find information on that if you google it

In between meals, eat low calorie snacks like veggies or fruits. You'd be surprised how filling a couple of cuties oranges can be! Even just a half a cup of fat free cottage cheese fills you up.

Thanks everyone! The first 11 lbs came off easy after I stopped eating whatever I want, I know the hard part is yet to come!

I was about 20 lbs lighter the last time I put on my wedding dress and it fit like a glove.. I've got some work ahead of me before the wedding in March! I'm with ya girl!
