Hello!

Hi All!

My name is Skinnyespresso (though am more of a full fat latte at the moment ;-)) and I have just joined MFP. I downloaded the app on my blackberry and am really impressed with it. Hopefully it will help me beat the flab!

I dont have a huge weight issue but am very untoned. So I am hoping that by walking lots and correcting my eating habits, i will get sorted out.

    Hi there,

    30 day shred is a killer, but really good for strength/toning and therefore reshaping the body. I have lost 1in on Bust, Waist & Hips in just 8 days and a noticeable re-defining of my body starting. Just 20 minutes a day. You can either buy DVD or its on Youtube. 3 levels each done for 10 days which stop it getting boring.
