  • I'm a first year PhD student in philosophy. I've always found it easy to lose/gain weight but very difficult to maintain. During stressful times I either restrict or binge but this past year I've been trying really hard to change that. Looking for some support. Feel free to add me!

  • I'm 23 and 5'5.75 (so I guess closer to 5'6). I do not currently have a scale but in the past year I've been around 98-103. Not trying to lose weight but also not trying to gain. Hoping to stay healthy. Add me if you have similar goals!
