Do intervals on the treadmill, elliptical etc.. for example 10 sec of hard work than 10 sec rest for 20 minutes. Make sure the intervals are done during the last part of your workout.

Okay guys, today marks the day that we will all start the Instantiy workout. Please post if you were able to get your workout in for today and what was you calorie burn if possible. I have a HR monitor so I will be using that to guage my workout intensity.
