Thanks for the positive feedback guys! I've never posted a picture of my stomach before and it was a bit out of my normal comfort zone, but I suppose I was feeling brave today. Its only been very recently that I have gotten more comfortable in my skin, though I still don't dare don a bikini in public. I really hope I can…

I wouldn't call my stomach a success just yet... Lord knows I'm certainly not quite happy with it but I'm working on it. I have reached my weight loss goal (150 lbs) but found that my stomach fat is still stubbornly clinging on so I have continued my weight loss in hopes of shaking it. (140 lbs as of today and its still…

I understand but life's too short to waste on such people. You deserve better than that and I think you should demand more from the person that is supposed to be your best friend and biggest support. For the record, I think you're lovely.

I'm confused as to how these men are considered husband material? I understand that relationships are more complicated than that, but degrade me, disrespect me and belittle me like that^^ and see if there aren't divorce papers stapled to your balls when you wake up.

I find cardassians more attractive anyway :)

I definitely still have some stomach fat to lose and according to my BMI I'm still about 5 lbs over weight. I'm happy with the rest of my body though. It's just that darn mommy pooch! Almost there though.

I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and weight training sporadically over the last few months. Congrats on the baby.

I'm 5'5 (not quiet what you asked for but close). I posted earlier today about my progress and it has pictures included if you want to take a look. I've lost 46 lbs from my highest weight during pregnancy and 26 lbs from my normal weight. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/928918-nsv-and-perhaps-my-biggest-victory-pics

My ^ Mom ^ has been one of my biggest supporters all along. Too bad I couldn't see for myself what she has been telling me she sees, lol.

I hope to be a regular at my gym again soon! Good work.

Thank you every one.You guys are making me blush:blushing: I really needed a weekend like this to boost my spirits. Isn't it crazy how you can sometimes not see whats right in front of you and when you finally do, it hits you like a train.

great job!

I'm kinda thinking this may be the case as well though some little hopeful part of me REALLY wants to believe that my hard earned weight loss has just so happened to coincide with me being sick and that the last couple months hasn't gone completely unrewarded. And no, before anyone says it, my measurements or shape hasn't…

Okay, so I have read through what every one has had to say so far and have decided that I will see the 30 day shred through to the end but I will only do it 4-5 times a week and try to get some cardio in on off days. I don't think I am too advanced for it but it doesn't look like it alone will be sufficient. My diet has…

I can add weight but I don't have much upper body strength yet and struggle with the weight I already use. My arms feel like they are going to fall off by the time I'm done. Lol

I do get a lot of protein. It was recommended to me that I try get around 100 grams a day and I almost always do though sometimes I end up getting upwards of 150 grams a day since I use protein shakes as a fast easy meal supplement when I don't have time to prepare meals. Could this be my problem? To much protein?

Great Job! My mirror is a bit of a jerk too :/ Keep up the good work!

I had my 2nd son in Sept. My oldest is 4. I was somewhere in the 150's before I had children and always got stuck around 175 lbs after having kids. My heaviest with both pregnancies was 198 lbs. I have lost all my baby weight from both pregnancies the last few months (starting weight 177 lbs as of December) and am just 5…

Just do your best. Don't use weights if its just too much. Don't go quite as low on the push ups ( I can't do a full one myself) Take a breather for a moment if you have to but do make sure you push yourself! Its SUPPOSED to be hard. That's how it works. Don't hurt yourself of course but really give it your best. You will…

Ugh, this is me this last June at my sons birthday party. To be fair, I'm about 7 months pregnant. I reached 198 lbs by the end of the pregnancy. My mom posted it to Facebook :( OH GOD WHYYY??? Now, 157lbs

My mother and I have always been about the same size and body style and could share clothes. We both gained a lot of weight over the last few years and both of us were unhappy with ourselves. My "excuse" was having two kids. Hers was that she had gotten too comfortable in a good relationship, no longer had to work and let…

I'm 5'5 and currently working on a similar goal. I started out at 177lbs and set a short term goal of reaching 150lbs. Since I am now only 7 lbs away from that goal (20 lbs down yay!) , I will soon be working on reaching 140 or so. Who knows, maybe even the 130s if I can.
