I added you. I do Slimfast and have lost 19 lbs so far.

That is 3 lbs a week, so you are losing at an aggressive rate. Track on mfp and set it to lose 2 lbs a week. 3 is just not healthy.

My son is Type 1, and his Dr said Keto would put him in Ketoacidosis which is dangerous. He said that Type 1 has very little pancreas activity to get you to what we call Ketosis

4 lbs in 28 days is good The weight fluctuation is probably just water weight

I also do Slimfast Advance. As it has higher protein and less sugar. I do this for the same reasons. It is quick and helps get my protein in :)

I am new and not trying to offend anyone I'm just trying to get fit and healthy. I did realize that bulky and ripped are different that is why I named them both because I love the way they both look on men, but I don't want to be there myself. It is nice to know that it is so hard to achieve.

Go back and reread your book with 18% bf (and a female ) you are a category 1 in his weight loss, so you should be feeding your muscles and eating more.

Hi, I am also a very private person, so if you want to add me feel free. No, I have not tried Belviq but I tried Victoza and had an allergic reaction to it, so I talked the doctor into letting me try diet and exercise and this is a slow process :neutral:
