Pre workout drinks... Opinions???
I am looking for a pre workout drink that will boost my energy to help me get through my gym class workouts... Kettlebell, spin, kickboxing etc... I know some don't work so I am asking for advice on what works. My stats: 48 year old, 5'3", 188 lbs, losing about 1.5 lbs a week.

I have been dieting and working out for 84 days. I have lost 23 lbs, but according to a diet recomposition calculator I have gained 1 lb of lean body mass. Could that be correct?

Exercise advice please
Ok, I'm 47 and 5'3" and CW 197.8. BMI is 35 I started April 4th at 216 BMI 36. Up til now, I have exercised very little, but I was thinking about joining a gym. What exercises should I focus on for long/slim lean body? I do not want to bulk up or get ripped. I want to focus on losing weight and building muscles later.
