Can you clarify this please because it makes no sense to me whatsoever. How are you "adding" gluten? Gluten is protein in the wheat flour. The strands of which lengthen and become stronger during kneading, which creates elasticity in the dough. Also - all yeast leavened bread is "fermented" it is the action of the yeast…

Myth - debunked! A cholesterol is not bad for you and your body actually doesn't get it from eggs. Also - I don't have a microwave at home. I realized I only used it for making popcorn and as a convenient place to put meat while it defrosts. When it broke I didn't replace it.

Says someone who has 25lbs to lose on their ticker. And what happened when you stopped "fasting" - you had no idea of how to fit the alcohol calories into your diet and they became part of re-weight gain I'm guessing.

Don't "give up" anything. Try pre-logging the wine you plan to drink and then fit the rest of your meals around it. Have a look at my diary if you want an example. cheers

I rarely drink until my will power over food disappears. I've found that cutting out any one food type is unsustainable in the long term for me - so I just fit it in and drink beer daily. cheers!
