If it isn't super hard and complicated, I would like to see weekly and cumulative. That way we can compare our weeks, too. But if it's super hard, don't worry about it.

Check out the Couch to 5k (C25K) program. That's what I used to start running in January, and now I can run a 5k with no breaks!

That would put me at just under 10 glasses a day, and on a day when I workout, I am more around 16 glasses. I wonder if it makes a difference if you are an excessive pee-er. Ever since I had my son I can't hold my bladder more than 30 minutes when drinking a glass of water. Even after 2 glasses, it's that bad! So maybe…

We've all been there, done that! Don't beat yourself up over it. Pick yourself back up, remind yourself that you've lost the weight before, you can surely do it (and more) again, and START TODAY! Never put it off til tomorrow! That's just a waste of time!
