Well, I am starting some challenges this week. So on Mon, Wed, Fri I will be doing them which is strength training. I plan on doing Zumba for cardio daily.

I agree with snailshoe. Drink lots of water. I loose more when I get my 64 oz in a day. Check in every day to stay motivated. This is a great site and people really do care. We are all in this together!! Friend me if you wish.

5'2" here!! I love being short! It has never bothered me. The extra weight I carry does. I started out needing to loose about 85 lbs. I have lost around 10 of that already. I will send you a friend request!!
